Aurora Borealis Motel Saint Ignace, Saint Ignace

This hotel is conveniently located near the docks for easy access to Mackinaw Island and within walking distance of the lake and the event I was attending. The rooms were spacious and modern with a balcony featuring a lovely view. The service was disappointing as the manager was unhelpful and housekeeping was subpar. However, the dining experience exceeded expectations with succulent organic chicken. The facilities were well-kept, but the price didn't quite match the value offered.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the location was convenient for the event I was attending, close to a great restaurant and the grocery store, but on the downside, service was lacking with unhelpful responses from the manager. The housekeeping, however, was satisfactory.
